How to Join via Facebook/Instagram

Submission Guidelines

1. Go to the official Facebook event post and save the [Mount Design Template].

2. Create your design on the template, and fill in your in-game info: Character Name + Server.

3. Post your finished design in the comment section of the official Facebook event post, along with your Character Name and Server (Character+Server).

Voting Guidelines

1. After the submission phase ends, the official team will compile all entries, assign each a unique ID and post a dedicated voting thread.

2. React with emojis or press Like on the comment of your favorite entry ID in the voting thread to cast your vote.

3. Once voting closes, rewards will be distributed based on the number of emojis each entry receives.

How to Join via Discord

Submission Guidelines

1. Join the [Wartune Ultra 7Road] Discord server.

2. Navigate to the #co-creation-campaign channel.

3. Save the [Mount Design Template] from the official post.

4. Create your design on the template and fill in your in-game details: Character Name + Server.

5. Post your finished design along with your Character Name and Server in the channel.

Voting Guidelines

1. Cast your vote by reacting to your favorite entries in the channel.

2. After voting concludes, rewards will be determined based on the number of reactions each entry receives.

Event Rules

1. Platform Reward Calculation: Reward calculations for Facebook and Discord are independent of each other.

2. Facebook Reward Calculation: All entries across Facebook pages will be judged collectively. Likes from the same entry on Facebook and Instagram will be counted together. Do not submit duplicate entries across different pages.

3. Gold Award Rules: The prize will be issued in two installments. Winners will first receive [999 Balens] after the event ends. Once your designed mount is officially launched in-game, you will obtain the [mount]. The Mount development and launch process takes about 3 to 4 months, please wait patiently.

4. Consistent In-game Info: The character name and server you leave in comments or channels must match the information on your design draft. Please fill in your character information correctly according to the template. If you are not sure about your character information, you can go to the game and tap your avatar or Settings to check it.

5. One Entry per Character: Each player may submit only one design per character. If the same character submits multiple entries, only the entry with the highest number of emojis or reactions will be counted.

6. One Platform per Entry: Each design can only be submitted to one platform. Entries posted on both platforms will only be tallied based on the higher emoji or reaction count from one platform.

7. Winner Notification:

￮ Winners on Discord: After the result announcement, our staff will contact you via direct message. Please check your inbox regularly and keep your messages accessible.

￮ Winners on Facebook: Due to platform restrictions, winners must send a direct message to our official account within 7 working days after the announcement. Failure to do so within the time limit will be regarded as a voluntary waiver of the award.

8. Original Work Required: All submissions must be original works created by the participant. Entries involving copying, plagiarism, reposting others' works or any disputed content will be disqualified.

9. Copyright Liability: Participants shall bear full legal liability for the copyright of their submissions. Any legal disputes arising from plagiarism shall be resolved by the participant independently, and the organizer and co-organizer shall not be held responsible.

10. Rules for Co-created Works:

￮ The same work shall not be submitted separately by multiple people, nor can it be entered repeatedly in this event.

￮ For works created by multiple collaborators, only one designated person may submit the entry.

￮ If the work wins an award, the prize will be issued to the submitter. Any disputes among co-creators over the work or rewards shall not involve the event organizers and operators.

11. Copyright Authorization for Collaborative Works: If a work is jointly owned by multiple copyright holders, the submitter must obtain authorization from all other co-owners. The organizers and operators shall not be liable for any disputes arising from lack of proper authorization.

12. No Cumulative Awards: Entries under the same character account belong to one participant. Awards cannot be accumulated. Each work is eligible for only one award, which will be the highest-ranked prize it receives.

13. Work Authorization & Usage:

￮ By participating in this event, creators grant Wartune Ultra the right to use submitted works, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, modification, online dissemination and adaptation.

￮ All new works adapted by Wartune Ultra shall be fully owned by the official team in terms of copyright.

￮ Wartune Ultra may use such adapted works by all legal means. Creators are not entitled to use these adapted works without prior authorization from Wartune Ultra.

14. Final Right of Interpretation: The official team of Wartune Ultra reserves the final right to interpret all terms of this event.
